Nepathya's live concert in Pokhara Saturday

KATHMANDU: The folk-rock band Nepathya is going to perform live at the Pokhara Stadium in Kaski on Saturday.

Nepathya's live concert is the continuation of 2015’s ‘Coca-Cola Pheri Uthne Chha Nepal’ campaign that was launched in August 2015 to encourage people to come forward in rebuilding the nation after the devastating earthquake.

The venue's door would be opened from 4:45 pm and the concert would start at 6:45 pm, informed a press release by Prisma Advertising Pvt Ltd.

The event is organised and managed by Bandwagon by Positive Vibes.

The proceeds from the evening would go towards providing education for underprivileged students and infrastructure development of the Shree Manila Gaurishankar High School in Lwang Ghalel, Kaski and Shree Bhumeshwor Secondary School in Salyan, according to the statement.

The band had also performed live in Kathmandu last year. The performance was a spectacular musical extravaganza which was successful in its objective of healing and also supporting the deprived and vulnerable population affected by the 2015 earthquake.
