MUMBAI: Item girl Manyata better known for her controversial marriage to Sanjay Dutt missed an opportunity to be a part of the reality show Bigg Boss. Manyata was approached by the producers for the Shilpa Shetty hosted show as her presence would have boosted its TRP. The producers were so desperate to have her on board that they sent tapes of the first season, as Manyata was not aware of the format of the show.

Mrs Dutt however laid her terms and conditions of making a guest appearance in the show as she could not stay away from hubby Sanjay Dutt.

She could not accept the idea of being locked in a house for three long months. The format of the show could not be changed for any individual so the talks fell apart.

Manyata however denies even being approached by the producers for the show.
