KATHMANDU: We did not have the Miss Nepal pageant this year, and guess what? We will also not be having the much-awaited for ‘Changa Chait 2063’ (Kite festival).

According to a statement issued by the Changa Chati 2063 Management committee, the event has been cancelled taking into consideration the fact that “many industrial and corporate houses are going through industrial disturbances”. This festival is organised yearly prior to Dashain for all the corporate and industrial houses of the country.
