Posh praises ‘genius’ Adele

LONDON: English singer Adele’s idea of crooning Spice Girls’s debut song Wannabe on a TV show has been praised by the former band’s member Victoria Beckham.

Beckham took to Instagram to praise the Hello hit maker for singing the band’s debut song Wannabe during the The Late Late Show with James Corden, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Posting a clip of the performance, Beckham mentioned on her Instagram account, “HUGE Adele fan!! This is GENIUS!!! Thank u @adele and @jkcorden #ilovemyspicegirls X posh (sic).”

The 27-year-old shared on the show that she was a massive Spice Girls fan when she was younger and loved their girl power motto.
