Kathmandu:

It was an extravagant party the night crawlers of the capital had on April 1! No, it’s no more fooling on All Fools’ Day. It was a groovy land that the party animals gave to the day - after pulling all the puns and playing all the pranks - with music and masti unlimited and a fabulous display of summer couture.

San Miguel Pulse - a trendy, vibrant and colourful party with top models, music and more - saw a huge influx of party lovers into Nepal Dhuku Hall of Radisson hotel. The event was managed by PartyNepal.com, The Himalayan Times being the official media.

Summer has already hit the capital and cool parties are the only respite for citizens. The party was successful in offering just that.

An outstanding salsa performance by Binayak Shah, which mesmerised everyone, was followed by fourteen gorgeous models in fascinating outfits setting the ramp on fire. Designed by Sujita Sen of Paridhan Boutique, the collection showcased an exclusive array of summer attire comprising saris to minis, pants to salwar and tops. Choreographed by Jayan Subba of The Ramp, the show, which was based on a different theme, received magnificent attention and applause. There were a total of six different sequences, which were beautifully choreographed to befit the theme of the party.

And as promised, when DJ ‘K’ took charge of his console, the dance floor was swarming with dance lovers. The party drew a huge crowd with frequent party hunks shaking their booties and crooning till wee hours of the morning and got all the more exciting when the models jumped onto the dance floor.
