Noodles with vegetables

Ingredients: 1/2 to 3/4 can Spam, in 3/4” cubes 1 carrot, sliced 1 tomato, sliced

1/4 of a medium cabbage, cut in thin strips a packet of instant brown noodles Soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sour sauce as desired Place vegetables in saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. While spaghetti is cooking, heat the pan and put in one teaspoon of oil and stir-fry 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion.

Drain vegetables and add to the noodles. Pour in some soy sauce and/ or other oriental seasonings listed above. You can also add a little spice powder and garlic powder, stirring to blend seasonings.
