Student life is the most important period in our lives. During this phase, the students are physically and mentally vulnerable. Our mind can be shaped in different ways. When something is made up once, it cannot be easily changed again. If we get good training in our schooling, it will shape our future. But if we do not get good training, it will hamper our future. The parents and the students both have to be very careful during this phase in one’s life. We must learn the good things and our main duty should be to learn our lessons at school as well as at home. The teachers take initiatives for our studies and to gain knowledge, we should listen to them, which in turn helps us to improve. Strictness in school is good for us as it makes us disciplined, regular, well mannered, obedient and punctual. When we fail we must try again and again as “Failure is the stepping stone to success.” In a student life, it is very necessary to know the value of time. We should not waste our time and pay regular attention in class. We must take care of our health and eat healthy. We must obey our elders. We must make good friends in order to become good as bad company can for sure spoil us. So in this stage we should also be sure that we select our friends with great care. Being a student, we must also be interested in sports, debating and other extracurricular activities. We must not stay idle as idleness minimises one’s chances of working towards a bright and active path to reach our goals. Student life can be said to be the best part in one’s life. Our duty is to study hard and play. Even during leisure hours we should not do anything except our duty. If we do our duty well, we will be happy in future. If not, we should be ready to face the consequences. To be happy, we should do our work sincerely and efficiently. This helps us to develop the good qualities essential in a student’s life. Only then we can do something worthwhile which will help not only ourselves but also our country to move forward.

The race of Tom and Jerry:

Tom and Jerry game has become the most exciting game in the commerce and business industry since the past many years. Astonishing, isn’t it? Being so famous we haven’t heard of it yet. I am here talking about the prevailing competition amongst various organisations for advertisements and publicity. We come across different advertisements for various products everyday either on television, hoarding boards or newspapers. In fact most of us are interested in watching publicity promos rather than the television programs.

What is the impact of these ads in our daily life? Well, there are both pros and cons. Such kind of publicity has a double impact — the products are launched and at the same time the customers are pleased. As a result of such hard- core competition between the producers, the consumers are being fleeced. Competition is inevitable in every business but it should be healthy and not result in treachery.
