Swift appears in fans' video
LONDON: Taylor Swift was so charmed by a festive tune written in her honour she agreed to appear in the video.
Singer/songwriter Evan Taubenfeld, who performs with Avril Lavigne, penned Merry Swiftmas (Even Though I Celebrate Chanukah) as a tribute to the Love Story star - and was thrilled when the subject of his tune agreed to appear in the promo, which is currently online.
The video ends with Swift knocking on Taubenfeld's door on Christmas morning.
In the song, the guitarist croons, "I want a good girl for hugging and kissing and not a headcase who only dates jerks," and, "I don't need more toys and shiny things. I just want a blonde who likes to sing."
