Kathmandu:
Samsung Nepali Tara has become the talk of the nation as it reached the end of fourth round. With selection of Indira Joshi and Ramesh Pokharel in yesterday’s episode, the top ten finalists have been finally decided. Dharmendra Sewan, Pushpa Poudel, Jhuma Niraula, Rupal Dotel, Deepak Limbu, Bhawin Dhungana, Sreejan Lwagoon and Durga Kharel have already made it to the top ten earlier. The journey so far has been very tough for them for they had to prove their talents vis-a-vis almost 9,000 contestants across the country. The Top Ten have the opportunity of a lifetime to sing in Aalokshree’s new music album which will be released in the market by Sur Taal Music this week. The composer is confident about the success of the album. “All of them are brilliant. You feel that they have been singing all their life and are professionals. None of them are less than any established singer.” The Top Ten will compete in the next round singing their own song from the album. Public voting will be introduced from this round. Contestants will be eliminated as per the votes of the audiences and marks given by judges. The viewers can vote via SMS, email or landline phone. The modus operandi will be announced in next week’s episode. In the meantime, Top Ten finalists
received Visa debit card worth Rs 1,00,000 (Rs 10,000) from Nepal Investment Bank. Jitendra Basnyat, GM, handed over the cards to the winners and wished them good luck.
