KATHMANDU:

A team from the Western International University (WIU) will be in town for the next few days to hold interactions with students from Nepal, according to a WIU press release.

The WIU is an accredited American University from Phoenix, Arizona, US offering Bachelors and Masters degree programmes in management.

In its initiative to reach the student fraternity in Nepal, a team of officials will be visiting Kathmandu from August 8-12. Students and their parents can avail this opportunity to directly interact with the officials and learn more about WIU, the degree programmes, admission procedure and opportunities regarding campus transfer to the US.

Over 45 students from Nepal are currently enrolled across WIU’s learning sites in India.

For the BS (BBA) and MBA degree programmes, the university offers specialisation options in Management, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Finance, E-Commerce, Human Resources and International Business. Students can get direct admission in WIU-US and are granted degrees directly by WIU.

At the information sessions to be conducted in the Capital, students seeking higher education opportunities at the Bachelors and Masters levels, and their parents, can get first-hand information about the triple-edge advantages of joining WIU programmes — accredited American degree, credits transfer to any university in the world, and corporate recognition worldwide.
