Cars, penguins and ghostly goings-on are going head-to-head for one of the top prizes at Hollywood’s most glitzy film awards ceremony. Happy Feet, Monster House and Cars are the three movies battling it out for best animated film at the 79th Academy Awards, commonly known as the Oscars. The nominees were announced in a ceremony beamed across the world from Los Angles in America. Dreamgirls, the new movie starring Beyonce, is up for lots of awards.
