Treating asthma in salt caves

Coping with allergies and conditions like asthma can be pretty tough. For centuries people with problems to do with their lungs have been going into salt caves to help treat their conditions in countries like America, Eastern Europe and Russia, where natural salt caves are recommon. Now, the special salt cave has been recreated in UK that claims to help people get better using salt. The cave has its own climate, and the levels of salt in the air are carefully controlled. The idea behind the salt cave is that kids breathe tiny particles of salt into their lungs while they play, which helps dissolve the gunge in their lungs and makes thier tubes more flexible. So they don’t suffer badly from coughing and wheezing. The centre lay out plenty of things to do like books and toys and always the salt to play with while the children are having their sessions.
