NEVADA: Shania Twain is not preparing to walk down the aisle again, according to her publicist.

The country singer ended her relationship with producer husband Robert 'Mutt' Lange in May 2008 when his affair with Twain's former assistant and friend, Marie-Anne Thiebaud, was exposed in the press.

Since the split, the star has been linked to Marie-Anne's ex-husband Fred Thiebaud and the pair sparked speculation they were set to get serious after Twain was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger.

But a representative for the star insists she has no plans to get wed again just yet.

The spokesperson says, "She is not engaged or married to Fred."

However, the rep refused to comment on the new piece of jewellery the star was sporting on her engagement finger, according to Radaronline.com.
