Uniquely different

KATHMANDU:

Paintings of a unique kind — digital paintings — are being exhibited at the Siddhartha Art Gallery. These paintings titled ‘Impressions of Nepal’ are the works of Prof Dr Mohammad Ali Bhatti, Director, Institute of Art and Design, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. The exhibition was inaugurated by Sohail Amin, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on April 25.

With photos of places around the valley like Swoyambhu, Bouddhan-ath, Pashupatinath, Patan Durbar Square, five stor-eyed temple in Bhaktapur and many other places are present. It is the interesting colours that have been imbibed with the pictures some rich and vibrant, while some and dark and sober that form the exhibition, which is on till May 9. — HNS
