Magic maize Bindi Pant

Maize is an all too familiar cereal. The plus point is that it is healthy food. Here is a recipe that is sure to brighten up your day. This is a typical Nepali soup suitable for all: Ingredients (serves for two) Maize flour 2 cups Water 5 cups Ghee 1 teaspoon Asafoetida a small pinch Fenugreek seeds Tawyamol seeds (ajayan seeds) Salt as per taste Method: First heat ghee in the wok. Put a small pinch of asafoetida, then fenugreek and tawyamol seeds in it. When they become black in colour put maize flour. Keep stirring until it turns brown. Pour water and sprinkle salt according to taste. Wait for some few minutes until it boils nicely. Lastly garnish it with some corriander leaves.
