Wise and witty
Kathmandu: As D-day approaches, the beauties are buckling down for the final battle. But before they grapple for the coveted crown, the beauties are made to go through rigorous training sessions. And even as the participants are taken for their regular visits to places around the capital, there’s growing impatience among the public to hear the final verdict on April 7.
Sitashma Chand (Contestant No 7) 23 has completed her Bachelor in Business Studies. She loves the colour white as it helps her to be calm. Though happy with an average height of 5’ 7.5” she says she would change her drooping eyes only if she could change it. Foul language and attitude is what she thinks are the biggest turn off among guys. She thinks that
some of the remix songs are good but it’s high time for the musicians to do originals.

Manavi Dhakal (Contestant No 6) 20 is doing her Bachelors in Arts. She likes all the seven colours seen in the rainbow, as she believes life should be colorful and vibrant like the rainbow. This 5’ 4” tall girl thinks that it’s up to the people to judge her worst and best qualities. Bad dress sense among guys easily turns her off. Manavi believes ‘old is gold’ and thinks that old songs should be revived so that the new generation will value it.
