Wonder officially divorced

LOS ANGELES: Musician Stevie Wonder is officially divorced from his second wife Kai Millard Morris.

US Superior Court Judge Christine Byrd finalised the couple’s divorce on October 5, more than three years since Wonder filed for separation, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Under the settlement, Wonder has agreed to pay $25,000 a month to her in child support.

The I just called to say I love you crooner and his former wife agreed to joint custody of their two sons Kailand and Mandla.

The judgement states the musician can take his sons on the road when he tours on a limited basis.

In a photograph obtained by tmz.com, Wonder is seen using his thumbprint instead of a signature to sign off the agreement.

Wonder and Morris tied the knot in 2001 and got separated in 2009.

The singer filed for divorce from Morris in 2012, citing incompatible differences as the reason of their split.

The Master Blaster hitmaker welcomed his ninth child Nia with girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy in December 2014.
