Yummm... smoothies

KATHMANDU: We have been enjoying delicious mangoes for the last couple of months, and here’s an easy recipe for a mango smoothie for two.

You’ll need

2 cups of yogurt

2 mangoes, peeled and chopped

¼ teaspoon of cardomon


Place all ingredients into blender, and process until smooth.

If you like a chocolate smoothie, then here’s how you can make it.

You’ll need

1¾ pint chocolate ice cream

18 fluid ounces milk

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Chocolate shavings


Mix all of the ingredients in a blender, then sprinkle the chocolate shavings on top for decoration.
