DEUKHURI, SEPTEMBER 25
A person was killed and two others were injured when lightning struck them at the mud-and-stone house of Nimkali Sahu at Khungkot, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-11 in Dang district on Tuesday.
Three-year-old Sameer Sahu, Nimkali's son, who was fatally injured in the incident died today while under treatment, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Ram Prasad Timilsina, the spokesperson of the District Police Office.
Nimkali Sahu, 42 and her daughter Sabina Sahu, 6, have been injured in the disaster and they are being treated at the Rapti Academy of Health Sciences, Ghorahi, according to the police.
