3 arrested with undeclared gold in Capital
KATHMANDU: Police said they have arrested three persons in possession of undeclared gold from Ranibari Chok of KMC-3 on Saturday.
Niranjan Basnet (32) of Nuwakot, Dhan Bahadur BK (48) and Rajkumari BK (43) of Chapakot-5 in Kaski were arrested with two kilograms of undeclared gold, said police.
Police confiscated the illegal gold while frisking a car (Ba 8 Cha 6941) in Ranibari.
Further investigation is underway.
