Kathmandu, March 24:

A total of 41 persons donated blood today at a blood donation programme organised by The

Himalayan Times and Annapurna Post. The programme was sponsered by the Rotary Club of Charumati.

The managing director of The Himalayan Times, Ravin Lama, and various staff members of the of the two publications donated blood. Guests and visitors from the Nepal 1 TV channel also donated boood.

Prem Sagar Karmacharya, the secretary of Blood Donation Assocaiton of Nepal (BLODAN), donated blood for 98th time today and had here as a guest.The Rotary Club of Chaurmati distributed certificates to all the blood donors.
