Kathmandu, September 23 :

Nepali Congress (Democratic) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed shock and sadness over the murder of former Minister and MP Krishna Charan Shrestha in Siraha today. Stating that the murder of an MP was a very condemnable criminal act, Deuba has said that the incident shows that security of the citizens and other responsible people is not guaranteed.

In a press release here on Saturday, Deuba has also demanded that the government guarantee the security of all the citizens and responsible persons and take stern action against those found guilty in the incident.
