The Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations in Balkhu has prepared to provide all services related to the distribution of educational certificates online starting January 29, according to Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi.
The office will conduct online activities related to educational certificates and send them to the respective regional offices of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, eliminating the need for individuals to visit its Balkhu office.
Joshi shared that students can access various services, including transcripts, provisional certificates, re-totaling, and copies of any educational certificate online starting January 29. To avail the services, students need to fill out a form and make the necessary payment through e-payment.
"We will dispatch educational certificates to the respective regional offices of the Office of the Controller of Examinations within a week, removing the students' need to visit the Balkhu office for the same," he added.
Initially, educational certificates will be sent to regional offices, and from May onwards, they will be sent to the respective campuses, where students can obtain them within five days.
Joshi explained that approximately 1,000-2,000 individuals visit the Balkhu office daily for educational certificates. Students can fill out the online form on the Office of the Controller of Examinations' website at www.tuexam.edu.np.
Tribhuvan University has regional offices in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Attariya, and Balkhu.
