KATHMANDU: The NHRC on Friday said, contrary to views expressed by different parties, that appointments of its new members complies with the Paris Principle. The members have been elected as per the recommendation by a committee formed under the existing legal provisions

and if there is any doubt on the issue, the authorities concerned should find a legal solution, said NHRC chairman Nain Bahadur Khatri. — HNS
