Army takes Captain into custody
Kathmandu, February 10:
Nepal Army (NA) has taken its captain Asimdeep Gurung into custody for investigation as he was “found to have behaved in a way unbecoming of an army officer,” a press release issued from the Directorate of Public Relations (DPR) of the NA, said today.
According to Lalitpur police, the police took inebriated captain under control as he showed pistol and threatened owner of Monlight Restaurant at Jawalakhel at around 9:30 pm yesterday.
The police said that the fight broke out when Gurung denied to pay the bill citing reason that the restaurant service was too costly. The DPR said that necessary investigation was underway.
