KATHMANDU:

The sixth Anbug Himalayan VW Beetle Rally was organised on Saturday with a view to help educate poor children and raising awareness on adventure tourism.

The rally organised by All Nepal Beetle Users Group (ANBUG) was taken out from Durbar Marg and converged into a mass meet in Kakani after passing through Patan Durbar Square, Basantapur and Thamel. This year’s slogan for the rally was Ride for Reconstruction.

The Volks Wagon vehicles manufactured until 1944 AD were demonstrated in the rally.
