BHAKTAPUR: A minor, who had fallen from a passenger bus, succumbed to injuries on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as 13-year-old Rupesh Baraili of Pikhel, Changunarayan Municipality-4 of Bhakatapur.

Baraili breathed his last during treatment at the Neuro Hospital, Bansbari in Kathmandu, said DSP Krishna Prasain of the Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur .

He had fallen from the bus (Ba 4 Kha 7171) which was on the way to Ratnapark, Kathmandu from Changunarayan on Tuesday.

He was travelling hanging outside from the door of the vehicle.

The injured was initially rushed to the Madhyapur Thimi Hospital in Thimi, which had referred the case to the Bansbari-based facility for further treatment.
