British School’s staffer missing

Lalitpur, January 24:

Anuj Sharma, 52, accountant of the British School at Bakhundol, went missing early this morning, and the police have arrested one person in this regard, the police said.

According to Sangita Chettri, wife of Sharma, who is also a teacher at the school, Sharma left the office at Bhakhundol at around 7:30 am saying he would go to the Metropolitan Police Crime Branch (MPCB), Hanumandhoka. “He is not found to have gone to the police office. Nor did he come back home or reach office,” his wife said. Sanubabu Thapaliya, DSP at the Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur, said they received a complaint that Sharma was missing.

“We received a complaint today from the family of Sharma that he is missing,” he said. Sharma was under mental pressure as one Sima Rana had filed a case against him at the MPCB on cheating case. Keshav Adhikari, Superintendent of Police at the MPCB, said that one person has been arrested in connection with the case. But he denied any information about Sharma.
