KATHMANDU: A committee under the CA on fundamental rights and directive principles on Sunday submitted its preliminary draft report to CA chairman Subash Nembang.

The 43- member committee which is headed by Binda Pandey in its report has included different issues regarding the fundamental rights of the citizens. The issues will be discussed in the parliament before finalising it.

Meanwhile, the parliament is scheduled to meet today. However, it is not certain that the House would be able to begin its business as the UCPN-Maoist lawmakers have been obstructing it demanding civilian supremacy in the country for the past five months.
