KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari will address both the houses of the Federal Parliament on March 29.

This will be the incumbent President's first appearance at the Federal Parliament comprising the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.

A Cabinet meeting held at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar today fixed the date for the President's address.
