BHAKTAPUR: Institutional Schools’ Association Nepal on Friday demanded the government to scrap the five per cent Education Service Tax imposed on private educational institutions. It said the tax was against the people’s aspirations. ISAN president Saroj Raj Gosai said the recent statement of the government to bar students in private schools from appearing in the SLC examinations was very irresponsible.
