KATHMANDU: A charge sheet has been filed at the Kathmandu District Court (KDC) against two persons involved in foreign exchange offence. The case was filed against Padam Bahadur Raut and Narayan Prasad Poudel hailing from Parsha and Sindhupalchok respectively. They have been found guilty of paying Rs 2 billion to Chinese company for importing wool but later the goods were not imported. Demanding three years jail term on the duo and an equal amount of fine, litigants moved the court.
