Cash, gold, bikes stolen from various Kathmandu places

KATHMANDU: Property worth Rs 133,000 was stolen from a rented room in Purano Baneshwor, KMC-9 on Sunday.

Rs 12,000 cash were gold ornaments were stolen from the rented room of Bimal Magar (40), a permanent resident of Udayapur, police said .

Meanwhile, three Pulsar motorbikes were stolen from assorted places in Kathmandu Valley on the same day.

The motorbikes (Ba 36 Pa 8395, Ba 79 Pa 8589 and Ba 42 Pa 6240) were stolen while they were parked near the Jorpati-based Nepal Medical College, Jorpati-based Arunima School and Gongabu respectively.

Meanwhile, police are investigating into the cases.
