Chand stress on consensus

KATHMANDU: Former premier and leader of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Lokendra Bahadur Chand, said that the country would face identity crisis if the constitution was not drafted on time. He underlined the need of consensus among political parties to end the imbroglio. He, however, expressed his belief that talks among the parties would forge consensus. He added that the nation would plunge into crisis if the constitution was not drafted on time.
