KATHMANDU: A high-level 18-member political delegation from People's Republic of China, led by Zhang Gaoli, member of the politburo of the central committee, arrived on a five-day visit here today.

UML leader KP Sharma Oli welcomed the team at the Tribhuvan International Airport. The delegation is meeting Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal at 8 am tomorrow morning in Singhadurbar. At noon, they will be meeting President Dr Ram Baran Yadav. Later on the day, Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala will host a dinner party for the delegates. The team will meet UCPN-Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Nepali Congress president Girija Prasad Koirala, UML chairman Jhala Nath Khanal and government officials.
