KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has presented its annual report to President Bidya Devi Bhandari, today.

CIAA Chief Navin Kumar Ghimire presented CIAA’s 28th report for fiscal year 2074/75 BS to President Bhandari amidst a ceremony at the Rastrapati Bhawan, Shital Niwas.

The 247-page report gives an introduction of the anti-graft commission, presents an analysis of the investigations and prosecutions it executed during this period as well as the measures which aim at strengthening the organization, the preventive efforts and the measures against corruption.

CIAA Commissioners Dr Ganesh Raj Joshi, Raj Narayan Pathak and Usha Gurung, and Secretary Maheshwor Neupane were present on the occasion.
