KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Dilip Kumar Paudel on Sunday left for Manila, the capital of Philippines, to take part in the ‘International Conference on Freedom and Prosperity’. According to the Supreme Court, the four-day conference to begin on October 18 will discuss corruption control measures, strengthening of the rule of law and timely delivery of justice. Paudel’s wife Premlata, SC Registrar Dr Ram Krishna Timalsena and Paudel’s personal secretary Shreekrishna Bhattarai are accompanying him.
