KATHMANDU: Acting Chief of Army Staff General Rajendra Chhetri today inaugurated a newly built building on the premises of Army Officer’s Club inside the Army Headquarters.

The Annex-C building would be used for organising social events and other programmes for the army as well as others civilians, the DPR of Nepali Army said in a statement.
