KATHMANDU, MAY 9
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday called a meeting of the Constitutional Council at his official residence in Baluwatar.
The meeting is currently underway.
PM Oli, Chief Justice of Supreme Court Cholendra Shumsher Rana and National Assembly Chair Ganesh Prasad Timilsina are present at the meeting.
Likewise, Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal, Shanker Das Bairagi, is also attending the meeting.
However, leader of the main opposition party Sher Bahadur Deuba and Speaker of the House of Representatives Agni Sapkota gave the meeting a miss.
