Constitutional Council meeting stalled after NCP co-chairs meet

KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Constitutional Council that was early called at 5pm today has been stalled.

The meeting that was said to take place at Baluwatar was rolled back after a meeting of co-chairs of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP).

Leader of the main opposition party had decided o give the meeting a miss.

The cabinet meeting will no go ahead as scheduled, at 6 pm.
