CPN-UML leader Nepal returns home
KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, who was on a China visit, returned home today.
The CPN-UML leader had gone to China on Saturday to attend a programme on 'Promoting Regional Peace: Jointly Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind' organised by the Shanghai Co-Operation Organisation (SCO) People's Forum.
“During his stay in China, the former Prime Minister also held discussions with Chinese higher officials on mutual ties between Nepal and China. He had delivered a speech on Advancing Strategic Co-Operation for Shared Development and Exploring Regional Co-Operation,” said Bishnu Rijal, Secretary of the UML Central Publicity Department.
