CPN-UML PP meet begins
KATHMANDU: The highly anticipated meeting of the Parliamentary Party of CPN-UML began at 11 am in Singha Durbar on Saturday.
The meeting is significant at a time when there are news reports that some of the UML parliamentarians are campaigning against incumbent government led by the party.
The meet would dwell on the contentious political issues including promulgation of the constitution on time and taking the peace process to a logical conclusion, a party source said.
Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, UML chairman Jhalanath Khanal and senior leaders as well as the members of standing committee, the politburo and central committees are attending the meet which is underway in the hall of erstwhile House of Representatives.
