KATHMANDU: The main opposition CPN-UML put off the meeting of its Standing Committee on Tuesday as the top leaders of the party, including Chairman KP Sharma, went to meet the people injured in the Kavre bus accident.

The UML's Standing Committee meeting kicked off at the party's central office in Dhumbarahi on Sunday.

It has been learned that the meeting will resume at 12 pm tomorrow.
