KATHMANDU: Ram Udgar Mahato, a resident of Udaypur, was robbed of a huge amount of money by an unidentified man. According to the Kathmandu District Police Office, Hanumandhoka, Mahato was robbed of Rs 300,000 while at Kalanki. He was about to board a bus for Katari when he saw a young guy fleeing with his money bag. Mahato told the police the thief took a taxi (Ba 1 Ja 4230) from Kalanki chowk. — HNS
