Defaulter Tibrewala in police net
KATHMANDU: Kathmandu District Court on Thursday arrested Prakash Tibrewala, one of the biggest fine defaulters of all times, from Athtiskilo of Kavrepalanchowk district. Tibrewala has been handed over to the Metropolitan Police Range, Hanumandhoka, for further investigation. According to
Chitra Bahadur KC, verdict implementation chief, Kathmandu District Court, Tibrewala had been slapped a fine of Rs 121.3 million by the court. He was
convicted in 10 different cases of foreign exchange regulation violation three years ago.
