KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Legislature-Parliament today commenced almost an hour later than the scheduled time.

The meeting was called for 15:00 pm, but began at 15:50 pm only.

In today's meeting, a proposal will be presented seeking discussions on the Bill on National Youth Council along with the report of Women, Senior Citizens and Social Welfare Committee.
