Kathmandu, April 21:

The main function of the Democracy Day is to be organised in the Army Pavilion, Tundikhel, on Wednesday.

The Home Ministry has urged chairman and members of the Loktrantra Day Celebration Main Committee, chiefs of the constitutional bodies, political leaders and activists, government employees, policemen, staff of the army and corporations, professors, civil society members, teachers, students, sportsmen, youths, workers, women, members of the social organisations, industrialists, entrepreneurs and the general public to go to the Army pavilion before 10:30 am to participate in the function.

All citizens are requested to celebrate the Day in a grand manner, by illuminating their homes on April 22, 23 and 24.

Issuing a public notice, the Ministry appealed to the people out of valley to participate in functions to be organised in their districts for three days.
