KATHMANDU: As many as 55 political leaders of various political parties who are currently under “detention” at agriculture training centre, Bode, have issued a statement hoping the New Year 2062 BS would restore democratic rights in the country. Wishing the people on New Year, they have also hoped the year 2062 would inspire the people to fight for their rights. Those issuing the statement included Dip Kumar Upadhyaya, Modnath Prashid, Ram Chandra Adhikari and others. — HNS
