KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 19
A strong jolt was felt in the capital, and the surrounding areas, on Wednesday afternoon.
The earthquake was reported at around 3:05 pm.
According to an official at National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, the 5.9 ML earthquake originated in Sindhupalchok, near the district's border with China.
There are no reports of damages to properties, or physical injuries, in the aftermath of the strong jolt, yet.
