Employees seek sacking of CTEVT chief
Kathmandu: The Employees’ Union of the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) on Wednesday gave the Ministry of Education and Sports a memorandum demanding immediate sacking of the council head Agni Prasad Kafle from the position. It also circulated copies of memorandum to the PM, Deputy Prime Minister.In a statement, the union said ‘instead of correcting his past mistakes, Kafle, going against the spirit of Jana Andolan II, is running the office from his own house.’ Since the union launched protest programmes from September 3, the council has remained closed.
